Thierry Kirouac Marcassa
Thierry Kirouac-Marcassa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in public accountancy, from the Université du Québec à Montréal. While pursuing his degree, he was a member of the Canadian National Cycling Team, representing Canada internationally in both track and road cycling events.
Before his tenure at Novacap, Mr. Kirouac-Marcassa gained valuable experience through internships in Growth Equity at Inovia Capital, Georgian Partners, and Investissement Québec. His work primarily focused on software transaction projects. He began his journey with Novacap as an intern in 2022, which subsequently led to his advancement to a full-time position within the company in 2023.
