Thierry Matin
Thierry Matin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with distinction in Finance & Economics from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University.
Before joining Novacap, Mr. Matin held several roles in asset management, including internships in public equities at Fiera Capital, CI Global Asset Management, and BCI. He also worked in a macroeconomic strategy role at BCA Research and completed an internship in M&A at Valsoft Corporation.
During his time at university, Mr. Matin was a fund manager for the Kenneth Woods Portfolio Management Program and led the John Molson Investment Club. He also competed in and won several case competitions across Canada.
At Novacap, Mr. Matin serves as a board observer for Mailhot Industries and Globe.
