Stefan Georgescu
Stefan Georgescu holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with distinction in Finance from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University.
Before joining Novacap, Stefan was an investment banking analyst at National Bank Financial Markets within their M&A practice where he assisted in the execution of multiple transactions. Prior to National Bank, he interned at BDG & Partners, Walter Capital Partners, and MSP Corp during its startup stage.
During his time at university, Stefan was a fund manager for the Kenneth Woods Portfolio Management Program and led the school investment club. He also competed at and won several case competitions across Canada and internationally.
At Novacap, Mr. Georgescu is a board observer for Canada Diagnostic Centers.
