Helena Chen
Helena Chen holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting from McGill University.
Prior to joining Novacap, Helena was a Private Equity Associate at PSP Investments, actively contributing to the sourcing and successful execution of multiple North American software transactions.
Previously, she started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets where she was involved in a number of M&A transactions in the Consumer and Technology sectors.
Ms. Chen joined Novacap in 2023. She currently serves as a board observer for All West Communications and Harmony Healthcare IT.
