Elizabeth earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources, from HEC Montréal. Additionally, she obtained a Master of Science in Management (M.Sc) with an emphasis on strategy. Ms. Boulet-Massé is affiliated with the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréées (CRHA). Before her tenure at Novacap, Ms. Boulet-Massé was involved in recruitment at a prominent executive search agency in Montreal. This role provided her with the opportunity to handle extensive executive recruitment projects for a diverse array of companies spanning multiple industries.
