François has a proven track record of advising management teams and raising capital for companies as they grow both organically and through acquisitions.

As Head of Capital Markets, François is responsible for structuring and executing capital placement and related corporate finance activities for new and existing portfolio companies. He manages the firm’s relationships with capital providers globally and spearheads financing transactions including leveraged buyouts and acquisitions. He is tasked with recommending risk management strategies and reviewing capital structures periodically including re-financings, re-pricing, amendments and extensions.

François brings nearly 20 years of financing experience from National Bank Financial Markets where he was Managing Director and Head of Loan Structuring & Syndication and Risk & Portfolio Management and worked with a wide array of businesses of all sizes across various industries. He studied Finance at HEC Montréal where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and earned a Master in Science – Finance. François is a CFA charterholder
