Raphaël Morin
Raphaël Morin studied at the University of Sherbrooke, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Accounting Science (M.Sc.). His studies enabled him to obtain his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in May 2024.
Before joining Novacap, Raphaël began his career as an internal auditor at Héroux-Devtek, gaining valuable exposure to the complex aerospace and defense sector. He then transitioned to MLSG LLP, a small accounting firm, where he handled a wide range of financial, accounting, and tax-related matters.
Raphaël Morin also serves on the board of directors of the Collège Mont-Saint-Louis Foundation, his former high school.
