Marc-Antoine Lachance
Mr. Lachance is a seasoned finance professional with 25 years of experience. He joined Novacap in January 2016 and is responsible for the development and management of financial, structuring and tax aspects of investments and divestitures, as well as the implementation of the risk management framework.
Before joining Novacap, he worked at WSP and RONA where he participated in numerous acquisition and integration transactions, financings, due diligences, as well as treasury management.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and is a CPA.
