Julie Trudel has over 12 years of experience in the field of human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréées (CRHA).
Julie began her career in human resources in the financial sector at the Laurentian Bank where she had the opportunity to develop her skills in a number of areas of expertise. During her career, she gained experience in a variety of industries, including construction/engineering and healthcare. Her experience in large companies as well as in small and medium-sized businesses has allowed her to work both on the operational and strategic sides of the business and to develop her skills in an entrepreneurial mode. Her expertise lies in the areas of HR consulting and coaching as well as the management of large-scale organizational projects.
