Ilyass Boumazzourh holds bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as a Specialized Graduate Diploma (D.E.S.S.) in professional accounting from H.E.C Montréal. Mr. Boumazzourh is also a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants (CPA, Auditor).
Before joining Novacap, Mr. Boumazzourh worked as an Experienced Senior Associate in Audit and Digital Transformation for PwC, on private and PCAOB Audits.
