Eric Niu holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ivey Business School. Mr. Niu is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Prior to joining Novacap, Eric interned at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR) during business school. Before his MBA, Eric was an associate at Acasta Capital where he focused on investments in the industrials, consumer, and services sectors.
